2010 Rates for River Watch Farm
$145.00/ night Thursday-Sunday
$145.00/ night for holiday weekends (3 night minimum)
$110.00/ night Mon, Tues, Wednesday (3 night minimum)
$750. 00/week
$60.00 cleaning fee not included in rates
$150.00 security deposit not included in rates (refunded assuming no problems are noted)
10.75% taxes not included in rates
50% of total payment due required to reserve property
Balance due 30 days prior to occupancy
We accept personal checks, credit cards, and paypal
Copy of vacation rental contract with terms of rental available upon request.
If reservation is cancelled, owner maintains 15% processing fee.
